Why am I seeing Sandbox data in Production mode? (Or vice versa)

The first thing to check is whether you are in Sandbox or Production mode in the console. Click on your email address in the upper-right side of the console. The dropdown will display if your console is running in Sandbox or Production mode and allow you to toggle between the two.

You can also check the developer tab to see which events have been sent to both Sandbox or Production. This includes REST API events, Decisions, Browser Events and Mobile SDK Events.



Finally, check to make sure you're using the correct API keys (available in the Developer's tab as well). API keys funnel the events you send into the accounts they belong to. In the example below, the console is in Sandbox mode so the Sandbox API keys are shown.
