I received a chargeback from an order that was placed a few months ago. How do I tell Sift?

The Sift Console currently only displays orders from the last 90 days in order and user queues (or 30 days for backfilled data).

However, you can search for orders over 90 days old in the search bar on the left side of the Console by user ID or email address.

Once you’ve found that order, label it as Bad so Sift can learn from it moving forward!

Additionally, you can tell Sift you've received a chargeback by sending a $chargeback event via our Events API. Please see our API Reference Guide for more information:

Note: As outlined in the API Reference Guide, whenever you send a $chargeback event you'll need to a label event if you want to prevent the user from making another purchase.
